A 30% deposit starts the order. After trial assembly and the pre-shipment photographs are approved, the remaining 70% is paid before shipment.

What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
The MOQ is approximately half the loading volume of a 20-foot container. Exact piece count depends on dimensions, total weight, model mix and crate layout.
What materials are available?
We source a range of monument granites subject to availability, sample review, and order requirements.
What is the estimated production lead time?
Production is typically about 30 days after the 30% deposit is received and drawings and stone/material details are approved. Complex custom orders are confirmed in the pro forma invoice; ocean transit is separate.
How are the monuments packaged for export?
All products are securely packed in standard export wooden crates.
